of Warranty Service for TCL Products in Singapore
The basic warranty service provides coverage for one year from the date of purchase on labour & parts; and for five years on portable air conditioner compressor, not including compressor workmanship fee. By application for the warranty service, the user shall understand and agree to the following terms & conditions.

  1. This Warranty is valid only in Singapore.
  2. Please send in warranty card OR complete online application at www.tcl,sg within ten days purchase. Failure to do so may cause delay and inconvenience to owner of the product. The warranty will only be valid if the date of purchase is consistent with the official receipt/invoice.
  3. Please keep your invoice for further reference. The warranty will automatically be forfeited if the invoice is altered in any way.
  4. Please check carefully if the model and the serial number if the warranty card match with that on your product.
  5. Damages caused by accident, misuse, inappropriate power input, outdoor use, negligence, liquid immersion or outer cover, parts breakage will not be covered
  6. Should the product be disassembled, converted or repaired by any person not from our company, this warranty will be voided and repair service charge and parts costs will apply.
  7. Should the cause of damage be arisen from dirt/residuals, charges will apply.
  8. The warranty service does not include the cabinets.

  10. In the event of any dispute, the company has the ultimate authority on final interpretation and suggestions of settlement.
  11. This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
