Repair and support service is provided only for TCL products listed in the menu below and in Singapore.
You can send us this form for technical enquiries or repair request. Please fill it in correctly. Incomplete or incorrect input may cause delay in our response. For over warranty cases, there is a mandatory one-time transport and inspection fee per product. If repair is needed, separate charges will be quoted based on spare part cost and the service charge of workmanship. Click here for terms and conditions.
